Gulfwood Party Rates
*Guest Levels:
- 15 or less: $125
A $50 deposit is required 1 week prior to the party. This can be in the form of a check, paypal, or cash. - 16-30: $175
A $75 deposit is required 1 week prior to the party. This can be in the form of a check, paypal or cash. - 31-50: $225
A $100 deposit is required 1 week prior to the party. This can be in the form of a check, paypal or cash.
Party balance is due at the BEGINNING of the party. The deposit will not be refunded if the host is a no show, fails to cancel, or the party guest total decreases.
Private parties and Parties of greater than 50 guests will begin at $250
**The Party deposit is due 1 week prior to the event. Checks should include “Party Deposit” with the host name in the memo line and will be made out to Gulfwood Pool. Fee may also be paid through PayPal with “Party Deposit” in the notes. The deposit will not be refunded if the host is a no show, fails to cancel, or the party guest total decreases.
***Quote is for guests at time of booking including members and non-members. If the number of guests increases, the host will pay the appropriate fee. A guest, regardless of age, is anyone that enters the pool gate.
****In the event of inclement weather, the party host has the option to postpone and reschedule the party at no additional charge based on pool availability. A two hour notice must be given to cancel/postpone the party. However, if the host continues the party, payment is due and no refunds will be given.
*****To cancel for any reason except for weather, a 24 hour notice must be given .
Gulfwood Party Rates
Parties of 15 or less: $100 +$25 party fee due 1 week prior
Parties of 16-30 people: $150 + $25 party fee due 1 week prior
Parties of 31-50 people $200 + $25 party fee due 1 week prior
Private parties and Parties of greater than 50 guests will begin at $250.
Parties will take place in two hour increments with the use of 1 grill and one tent. Lifeguards are scheduled accordingly, so party guests should be made aware of the scheduled start and end time by the host.
